筑波の庭 Garden in Tsukuba

窓際に３本の４～５ｍの落葉樹を植えました。夏は日差し除け、冬は葉が落ち光を取り込むお庭です。 なじみのよい地元の筑波石で築山をつくり、お部屋と庭とのレベル差を小さくしました。

We planted three 4-5 meter tall deciduous trees by the window, providing shade from the sun in summer, and letting in light after leaves have fallen in winter. We built an artificial hill using familiar local Tsukuba stones to reduce the level difference between the room and the garden.
